This form can be used to report any issues you are having to the NEBA executive. These issues can be related to practice gyms, equipment, issues or incidents that occur at games, attendance issues, player or parent misconduct. The NEBA executive will do our best to address the issue. All on-court incidents must be reported between 24 and 48 hours following the event.
